⚠️ Care and use instructions (for a perfect grind):

To ensure your grinder performs optimally and lasts longer, follow these recommendations:

• Use short pulses: Press the button in 3-to-5-second intervals until you reach the desired grind size. Do not hold the button down for more than 20 seconds at a time to prevent the coffee from heating up and the motor from overheating.

• For home use only: This appliance is designed to grind daily portions of coffee at home. Avoid continuous commercial use, such as grinding pounds of coffee back-to-back in a café.

• Keep it dry: Clean the removable stainless-steel cup separately. Never immerse or wet the motor base.

• Suitable ingredients: Do not try to grind wet or liquid ingredients, green coffee beans, or extremely hard seeds that could jam the blades.

🛡️ Warranty policies:

• Direct warranty: We offer a 30-calendar-day warranty from the date of purchase, strictly covering manufacturing defects in the motor or mechanical components.

• Exclusions: "The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, voltage fluctuations (power outages), commercial use, or failure to follow the care instructions above."..

• Requirement: To request any inspection or exchange, the product must be presented in its original box and packaging.
